In my Philosophy class we went over Socrates' opinion on artists and how they fit into his dream society that they were talking about in Plato's Republic. To me personally Socrates came off as kind of bitter about art and artists in general. Here I reveal the backstory of his hatred of the arts. Also Amantha's a girl because in class we're going over the modern version of the book.
I like this whole neon sharpie thing. I think I'm gonna do more of those, and not just for Sailor Moon. I should get a bin of Sharpies. Also I'm developing a character for a group project. She hunts with a bow. Her name is Tami ( Pronounced Tah-mi). Also Ali, Alex, and Eloise make a re-appearance. And Black Spy and Red Tie. :P
I've been drawing the same girl for the past three weeks. She just keeps popping up in my sketchbook. I don't know her name or what her motives are but I'm just kind of embracing her for what she is. I don't know if I should name her or not. Would that ruin the mystique of what she is? I don't know yet. We shall see.
